What are the structures present at the community level to the local government down to the State and probably National that see to the management of WASH program implementation in your country and how can they be made to function optimally to get the desired benefit for the intended beneficiaries of a project?

In Nigeria, the WASH Sector is organised such that at the community level there are Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Committees (WASHCOMs) that oversee WASH implementation at that level, there are the WASH Management Committees and the WASH Department/Unit at the LGA level and State WASH Management Committees the oversee the entire WASH implementation in the States. I don't really know what structures are present in your country.
