In another discussion on another forum this relevant question was asked. this reveals that such a document cannot be elaborate. Indeed until or a questionnaire can go on the state of a waterway by expressing criteria which will make that Ci is healthy or is dangerous. It is the problems of the cleansing nowadays. the water of rejection is in conformity with the directives. It does not contain 'pollutants' which one sought since one is certain that they cannot be present. On the other hand the existing and real pollutants will not be required, therefore not detected and thus the waterway will not be declared dangerous.
