Charles you pointed out the issue so perfect. We are spending so much on the water sanitation programs but the results are devastating. I feel not only community approach but the way our community works are trained and the way they works (target oriented) is poor.

In Most cases when waterborne diseases break out it hits Cities than Rural Areas just because poverty levels in most cities is very high. Malawi is a good example. If you come to Malawi and go around areas like Area 23, Mgona, Seti, Ndilande, Chisapo and many others indeed you will know that Water sanitation is an issue.
