  1. Are there such tools available for the african context? And if so, what kinds (models, DSS, MCA, ...)? In particular for modelling: what are the (boundary) conditions, rainfall events, return periods, type of models (or software), ... that are used. Are there national guidelines? Are there guidelines for dimensioning sewage and drainage systems in an African context? Probably sanitation is put in a broader perspective: e.g. urban drainage and sanitation master plans, ... how do these look like? Are there usefull examples someone can share? A lot of questions, I know. But I'd like to know/learn more about it with respect to the African context.
