KUALA LUMPUR: LG recently unveiled a water purifier called LG PuriCare 4-Ward tankless water purifier.
The "tankless" technology features a three-stage filtration system that eliminates microorganisms and seven heavy metals found in water.
"This new water purifier is a mark of our continued commitment in delivering innovative and modern products to elevate the lives of Malaysians," said LG Electronics Malaysia's managing director, Kim Kyutae.
"We are confident that the new LG PuriCare 4-Ward tankless water purifier will provide them with added convenience, hygiene, and safety at their homes," he added.

The tankless water purifier requires no tank and it filters tap water straight to the glass.
LG has also created a solution for accidental spillage with the Up & Down Auto Moving Tap that dispenses water adequately by detecting the water tray and adjust the height of the cup.
Furthermore, the ergonomic touch display is incorporated with the Inverter Compressor and Induction Heating (IH) System for users to switch their water instantly from hot to cold or ambient.
Besides that, the LG PuriCare is also equipped with the LG ThinQ app to monitor the water consumption daily and yearly, and has a Filter Change Alert that monitors filter condition via an indication lamp through the smartphone.
The purifier comes in three variations – white, silver and shiny rose.
The white purifier retails RM5,300 and monthly rental RM130.
Meanwhile, the silver version retails at RM5,600 and RM40 for monthly rental, while the shiny rose retails at RM5,600.
