Micro Plate Settler (MPS) has the tried & tested latest Lamella design sedimentation / gravity technique. A cross flow passage is designed for liquid and solid flow.
The inclined Plate is installed at specific angle subject to the application. It provides large entry plane for the fluid to enter in the MPS.
MPS provides an excellent economic (CAPEX / MOPEX) compared to Primary Clarifier, DAF, Poly Disc Filter (PDF), Saveall, others.
MPS is Researched & Developed in India, hence very competitive to International Equipment.
ADVANTAGES OF MPS
1) Low Hydraulic Time of 30~45 min makes the unit very compact, light weight with high specific clarification
2) Low Hydraulic time means eliminates chances of septicity of the Suspended Solid / FOG
3) Volumetrically less than 1/5th size of Conventional Sedimentation Clarifier. Hence lesser Land Footprint
4) MPS works at 90~95% efficiency
