W&F Technologies BV acquires Pure Water Group

W&F Technologies today announces the strategic acquisition of Pure Water Group. With this acquisition W&F Technologies launches a powerful synergy between her entities REDstack, W&F Technologies and Pure Water Group.
REDstack is the world leader in developing Reverse Electro Dialysis (RED) technology. The RED-technology, commonly known as Blue Energy, is used to harvest sustainable energy continuously via contact of fresh and salt waters within the RED-stacks. Blue Energy is a valuable asset in the energy transition because it is full continuous available.
Next to the technology development and production of RED-stacks, Electro Dialysis stacks are also manufactured for applications that include brackish water desalination and the reclamation of brine and cooling tower blow down waters.
In development is an innovative technology and ED stack to recover nutrients such as NH3 from wastewater and reject water streams.
Pure Water Group entities include Pure Water Systems and Pure Water Technologies with a HQ in the Netherlands and branches in Spain and the United Kingdom.
Renowned as a leading manufacturer of advanced and sustainable water purification equipment, Pure Water Group partner with innovative technology suppliers to develop and expand its product range. Core technologies include Electro Deionization (EDI) and Membrane Degassing (MD) which are engineered for the production of Ultra-Pure Water for industrial, medical and pharmaceutical applications. The addition of ED-technologies and stacks now expand the product range of Pure Water Group to engineer systems for the treatment and recovery of challenging industrial and waste water streams.
