Potatoes Wastewater treatment

Dear All
We have WWTP of potatoes wastewater with capacity of 150 m3/d and composed by 2 parts :
- 1 the first part is couponed by pumping lift, rotary Sieve, grease removal tank, buffer tank, aero flottateur, lamellar decanter,
- The second part is composed by aerator tank and clarifier
The physicochemical part works correctly and the efficiency is so good. But in the second part and after few months we can't find biomass to complete the treatment.
