Subsoiler- Want to know about some good subsoiler

Hello, I am looking out some good subsolier type which we can use in our project rice farming. I would like to know what type of subsoilers people are using for rice field? Just some details about the field, this rice field has a very hard surface and we need to plough up to 9 inches.
