It also discussed the working force and corporate bodies/individual financial strength as it relates to some sectional populace vis a vis the supply of constant and regular water in some areas and the occasional or non supply of portable water in some places.
This article is presented and discussed purely within the Nigerian context, with right judgment and sense of purpose. This article was not written to paint the Nigerian government, the politician or the major players in the Nigerian water industry bad. But since these challenges kept re-occurring year after year, I believe that "A problem discussed is half solved".
