This " Introduction to Water Diplomacy " will take place from 21 Oct. to 17 Nov. 2013 and is open to all professionals and non-professionals with an interest in global issues posed by water scarcity and desirous to foster innovative cooperation mechanisms around water at the transboundary level. This course was developed in partnership with UNESCO-International Hydrological Programme, UNESCO's PCCP Programme, WWAP, the University of East Anglia and Oregon State University, in light of the 2013 International Year of Water Cooperation.
