Train as a Climate Reality Leader under Nobel Laureate and former US Vice President Al Gore! In 2006, Nobel Laureate and former US Vice President Al Gore got the world talking about climate change with the Academy Award-winning film An Inconvenient Truth. It was just the beginning of a climate revolution, and later that year, he founded The Climate Reality Project to move the conversation forward and turn awareness into action. The Climate Reality Project is a diverse group of passionate individuals who have come together to solve the greatest challenge of our time. We are cultural leaders, organizers, scientists, and storytellers, and we are committed to building a better future together. The Climate Reality Leadership Corps is a global network of activists committed to spreading awareness of the climate crisis and working for solutions to the greatest challenge of our time. To become a member of the Climate Reality Leadership Corps, you must apply and be accepted to attend the training by The Climate Reality Project Chairman Al Gore and his team of experts. The next training will be held June 27-29, 2017 in Bellevue, Washington. There is no fee to attend the training, but you will need to pay for your own travel and lodging. During the training, The Climate Reality Project will provide all training materials. Completing the training means you will be a member of the Climate Reality Leadership Corps and join our global network of Climate Reality Leaders. If accepted, you must attend all three (3) days of the training. The 3-day training comes with a lifetime support of resources. Be empowered and contribute to solving the climate crisis.
