Fighting Global Warming Extending the Borders of Perpetual Motion

In the aquatic environment, pressurized with compressed air, in tanks, the perpetual motion does not exist, as in the terrestrial environment, but exists the possibility to multiply the energy expenditure for water circulation in proportion to the pressure of the pillow of air.

This way we are getting the energy gain through a turbine connected to an alternator that produces electricity. But the circulation must be carried out with a pump with double separate supply until the impeller, which has the power to feed two aspiring circuits.

Of which, one recycles the water inside the pressurized tank, balancing the hydrostatic pressure upstream and downstream of the impeller and the other, taking advantage of this balance, introduces, without energy costs, in the pressurized tank, the water discharged from the turbine, being only the delivery.

Since the flow in the tank is one-way, the same amount of water, which enters, is ejected from the air cushion, which is imprisoned in the upper part of the tank, without being able to expand. Therefore, preserving the entire thrust force on the surface of the water that feeds the turbine.

Since water is not compressed, the volume of water in circulation is always the same, the air cushion does not expand, the head of the pump for the circulation of water is very low, the energy production is rather high, depending only from the air cushion that does not consume energy, acting as an elastic membrane.

This system is much more efficient than the perpetual motion, which if it existed, would not consume energy, but not even the produce. As the pumps, turbines and compressors are inventions born together with internal combustion engines and steam boilers, but were not put together properly in plants to produce sustainable energy, the current society should recognize that we have polluted and warmed the planet without doing a deal even from an economic point of view.

Not counting the fact that pressurized systems, not only does not pollute, but due to the laws of physics Dalton and Henry solubilize oxygen in the water in proportion to the operating pressure, therefore purify the water. So, the whole industrial society should be redesigned using this sustainable system that is both energy and protecting the environment.

This would involve the elimination of thermal power plants and the current purifiers. All users would be autonomous from the point of view of energy and cleansing, providing power even to the public sector at all hours, in the amount that serves and without accumulators.

Even the means of transport engines and of agricultural and industrial labor could become hydropower. If energy becomes sustainable because it is produced with water and air, and with small and simple plants, which do not require special materials and nuclear reactions, we can also cool the planet, subtracting CO2 from environment, with cold reactions between air, water and calcareous material along the paths of rainwater and cleaners, that will be other than the current ones, which waste resources and acidify the water.

The difference between sustainable and unsustainable choice you may notice only analyzing the economic, chemical, physical, biological effects, globally. Can not be considered sustainable the actual thermal power plants, sewers, treatment plants, thermal engines, which have high costs and do not complete the purification cycles. The engine with battery accumulators can not be done on large thermal engines of trucks, ships, aircraft, agricultural vehicles.

We might as well try now to build and assemble the pressurized hydroelectric plants also on means of transport and use every means and experiments to save space. Mainly by increasing the pressure of air cushions for even mount them on the car, instead of realizing battery-powered cars that cost too much, are inefficient and waste other resources, without ever take a sustainable energy path.

Twenty-two COP (conference of the parties) organized by the same UNITED NATIONS, have done nothing but bring the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere from 360 to 400 ppm, while the oceans since the advent of the industrial age have lost 30% alkalinity, the glaciers have decreased probably of a percentage even higher and desertification, such as the United Nations denounced advancing at the rate of 1% per year.

The United Nations, and sovereign states, to desire by the same inventor, may adopt as its all systems offered by SPAWHE without the monopoly of patents (energy, water treatment, heating and cooling, desalination, protection from high waters, oceanic nutrients and carbonates lifting) shortening the time of intervention in the fight against global warming and allowing all public and private companies to participate, but they must take responsibility to emit public guidelines that follow the interactive global, protective environment that is described in SPAWHE systems.

Because without the rules and organization of work with universalized industrial criteria it is not possible protect the environment adequately. If the UN and sovereign states disdain this offer, continuing to remain silent, as they have done against the work of the undersigned, just have to continue easily find private partners (which are unlikely to come forward) to replace the global public institutions in the fight against global warming.

In this case patents are useful to protect the most prepared and brave entrepreneurs. History will judge the value of the projects and the value of the men who are called to decide and to participate without falsehood and hypocrisy scientific political, economic, philosophical, religious. Today we cannot understand who is really interested in the protection of environment and sustainable energy because the words do not correspond to the facts.
