Summary
I was previously an Environmental Lawyer and obtained my Masters Degree in Marine and Environmental Law. My thesis focused on the under-regulation of underground petrochemical storage tanks in South Africa and the effects this has and will have on underground water resources. In light of the current drought the country is facing, is even more worrying and I would like to establish what other countries are doing and have done to mitigate the effects of such pollution. I would also like to establish what solutions are available to drought stricken areas.
