One Solution to Surface Water Management in Urban Areas (Video)

For architects, planners, as well as building owners and operators, stormwater is becoming an increasingly significant challenge to overcome. As well as being a valuable asset that is of vital importance to flora, fauna and people alike, it presents significant sources of risk.

Here's a customized drainage solution based on the ACO system chain that can:

  1. This application claims benefits of 35 U.S.C. § 120 of U.S. Application No. 62/10,723 entitled “Sono-molecular (Dissociation and recombination) employing sonificationcavitation plus filtration R.O. to filter sea water into potable clean water quickly and relatively inexpensively.”  Filed on 02/26/2018.

    Background

This invention relates generally to water filtration design to improve efficiency at less cost and higher performance while reducing or eliminating the added expense of extensive monitoring, maintenance costs of filters and equipment.

SonoFusion™ has proven ability to affect the molecular components of lead, brine and toxic unknowns gas/oil components, not restricted to those elements, either completely neutralizing or making the materials completely safe for disposal.

SonoFusion™ combines necessary combinations of cavitation, microwave and filter reverse osmosis, molybdenum disulfide, carbon or graphene filters.

SonoFusion™ transforms unknowns via shear degradation, thermolysis, oxidation, into mineralized or less toxic compounds, pharmaceuticals, unknowns found in waste water, chemicals and downstream byproduct waste products into simplified and less expensive filter and sanitation challenges.

SonoFusion™ Liquid Filtration - Sanitation Apparatus

SonoFusion™ is comprised of adjustable sound activated cavitation. Cavitation is the rapid and violent expansion and collapse of microscopic bubbles. The collapse of thousands of cavitation bubbles release tremendous energy in the cavitation field. This component of SonoFusion™, operating within differing levels of adjustable fluid flows, 800 to 2300 pascals of resulting vapor pressures. The SonoFusion™ process, Graph-all™ combination of MoS2, WS2, Graphene  combination provides improved water content filtering and cost reduction along with equipment life cycle savings. SonoFusion ™ incorporates various flows and pressures depending on the liquids SmartValve™  analysis of the type of liquid for toxicity, carcinogens, salinity, pharmaceuticals before and during either transmit or sequester / isolate for further cavitation, microwaving or filtering. SmartValve™ will incorporate S.D.I. silt index and turbidity monitoring, Nephelometric device with on-site analysis and report memory and reporting, Improved R.O. rejection of. CO2 through reduced scaling material. Micro-Resonator Senor frequency analysis. AES – Acoustic Emission Spectroscopy, mass – particle analysis. ASD/FR spectrometer, all controlled via Artificial Intelligent continuous learning and monitoring and routing for processing.

SonoFusion ™ has proven to “extract” 100 year 2,500 ppm concrete lead accumulations to an acceptable 300ppm EPA level from a gun range at Ft. Hays, Columbus, OH; reduced heavy metal and brine from drilling wells to acceptable waste levels. The drilling brine reduced from 250Kppm down to 250ppm and toxic heavy metal ground drilling well wastes capable of disposal at a normal waste dump. º

The traditional arrangement of several Reverse Osmosis filters, herein referred to as (R.O. filters) or alternative choice, Molybdenum disulfide, herein referred to as (MoS2), graphene or carbon filters, may be stacked and double pass circulated. The arrangement allows secondary clean water (permeate) processing. This arrangement begins to address potential problems typically associated with C02 rejection due to eventual membrane exposure to scaling. Scaling leads to higher membrane maintenance or replacement costs.

Lower costs may be attributed to this design potentially reducing monitoring feed and permeate water conductivity, flow, temperature, and hours of operation. Pre-filter analytics are necessary to monitor potential presence of chlorine, chloramines, high density silt with a Silt Density Index action of greater than 3 and turbidity greater than .02.  Nephelometrics Turbidity Unit measures water refraction at 90˚ through the water sample(s). The Silt Density Index, herein referred to as S.D.I., will have a target allowance no greater than 4.

The monitoring is primarily concerned with the highly soluble salts such as chlorides, carbonates, sulfates and silica forming scale on the membranes and affecting the pass through (flux)  or permeability and ultimate effectiveness of the membrane. Membrane maintenance monitoring, relies on detection of precipitated particles accumulating on the R.O. or MoS2
