The SALAM Initiative develops transboundary strategies for the resolution of the water deficit problem in the Middle East. It comprises 20 partner institutions from Germany, Israel, Jordan, and Palestine.
This research is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF). Running from February 2020 to July 2022, the project was coordinated by the University of Göttingen and Rusteberg Water Consulting.
