Everybody is claiming to have found an alternative to liquid chlorine gas. This basically means a product with the same or superior benefits in terms of hazard risk management. However, the true benefits of any new product will only surface once applied in a varity of applications. WHO needs to step in to verify such claims. We cannot use people as guineapigs when applying new products without the input of WHO.
