chlorella can help treat rivers and help the fish grow.. then the fish can be taken out. but i think the math on the nitrogen and phosphorus uptake is flawed or miscommunicated. if treated with chlorella, the water just needs to be filtered and can be drunk. so long as there is no heavy metal situation.
