Effective Manager with over 35 consecutive years of continuous, 100% compliance with all federal, state and local regulations, including NPDES and Title 22. Documented and sound administrative, technical and leadership skills necessary to provide high quality wastewater recycling services efficiently, effectively and with the highest regard for environmental sensitivity and regulatory compliance.

Retired November 2014, after 36 years of wastewater treatment and water recycling operations and maintenance experience with a multitude of wastewater treatment processes, including: Biological Nutrient Removal (BNR) activated sludge secondary treatment, high rate filtration and Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) tertiary treatment, conventional chlorine and Ultraviolet (UV) disinfection, sludge digestion, and belt filter press and centrifuge de-watering.

Served on planning, process evaluation/selection, and design teams and provided construction coordination, commissioning and start-up activities for large scale wastewater treatment and recycling plant expansion and biosolids/energy recovery projects. For 16 years, have held operations management positions responsible for the efficient and cost effective operation and maintenance management of wastewater recycling facilities.
