Characteristics and applications of HH high-lift slurry pump
The HH type high-lift slurry pump is a type of high-lift slurry pump. Like the AH-type slurry pump, it has heavy wear-bearing parts and is equipped with a heavy-duty bracket. It is suitable for industrial and mining industries with high transport lift requirements. Can be used for corrosive slurries. At the same time, it can be used in multi-stage series and is widely used in industries and mines that require high lift such as metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemical industry, coal, electric power, transportation, building materials and municipal engineering.
The HH type high-lift slurry pump has a horizontal double-casing structure, that is, the pump body and pump cover are equipped with replaceable high-chromium wear-resistant metal linings (including impellers, sheaths, guards, etc.). The pump body and pump cover are made of gray cast iron or ductile iron according to the working pressure. They are opened vertically and connected with bolts. The pump body has a seam and is connected to the bracket with bolts. The discharge port of the pump can be rotated and installed at eight angles. The front and rear covers of the impeller are equipped with back blades to reduce leakage and increase the service life of the pump.
The transmission part of the HH type high-lift slurry pump includes a bracket and a bearing assembly. The bearing assembly adopts an internationally leading cylindrical structure, which is convenient for adjusting the gap between the impeller and the front guard plate. It can be disassembled as a whole during maintenance, which is simple and convenient. The pump shaft has a large diameter, good rigidity, short cantilever, and will not bend or vibrate under harsh working conditions. The bearings use heavy-duty single-row or double-row tapered roller bearings and cylindrical roller bearings according to the transmitted power, which can withstand the large load of the pump. For axial and radial loads, the bearings are lubricated with grease. Both ends of the bearing body are equipped with sealed end caps, labyrinth sleeves and labyrinth rings, which can effectively prevent dirt such as slurry from entering the bearing, ensuring safe operation of the bearing and a high lifespan.
Compared with the AH-type slurry pump, the HH-type high-lift slurry pump has a larger pump chamber volume and a larger impeller diameter under the same outlet diameter, so as to obtain greater centrifugal force. The transported slurry has higher pressure, can be pumped higher and transported farther. It has a reasonable structure, stable and reliable operation, and can perfectly solve your high-lift slurry transportation requirements.
The connection method between the HH type high-lift slurry pump and the motor can also be selected as direct drive or belt drive according to the industrial and mining parameters.
