Osmoflo Water Management has partnered with Aqua Membranes to integrate 3D Printed Spacer Technology into advanced reverse osmosis (RO) membranes, enhancing water treatment efficiency for industrial and municipal applications. This exclusive collaboration, backed by Kanadevia Corporation, also includes a strategic investment in Aqua Membranes' Series B funding round, aimed at expanding U.S. manufacturing and strengthening global supply capabilities.
Through this agreement, Osmoflo gains exclusive distribution rights across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific region, enabling seamless integration of next-generation membrane technology into its desalination solutions and making it accessible to regional clients and OEMs.
Driving Sustainability Through Water Treatment Innovation
Aqua Membranes' 3D-printed spacer technology is a significant advancement in RO membrane design. Field tests demonstrate remarkable improvements in membrane efficiency, leading to higher water production, reduced energy consumption and lower membrane fouling.These advancements contribute to climate-independent water sources and support decarbonization efforts in water infrastructure.
Osmoflo has rigorously tested this membrane technology on challenging industrial water applications, surpassing expectations with successful plant implementations over the past 18 months.
