About amendment of the water supply law in Japan

Aside from whether privatization of water utility is necessary or not, we are always asked what kind of utility’s management form should be in the future to provide stable and sustainable water supply to residents.
As you know, Japan is a small country. At least it is inevitable to integrate small water utilities and to promote efficiency through wide-area management.
