It is a beautiful speech. The lack of critical mass of educated/skilled professionals, financial resources and increasing population pressure is putting enormous challenge to our local resolve to water, food and energy security in Africa. Don't you think it is time for marshall plan approach to food water and energy security? I think integrating international finance and human resources with local resources will pave a way to sustainable transfer of knowledge and development of the needed infrastructure. Developing Africa is protecting the sources of the greatest human genetic diversity.
