Advanced On-site Wastewater Treatment for Greenfield & Retrofit Applications (White Paper Download)
Published on by Laura Silvello, Marketing Manager, Italy Operations at Fluence Corporation in Academic
Many owners and operators of traditional decentralized municipal wastewater treatment plants, also referred to as on-site or off-grid treatment, are acutely aware their systems are at risk of becoming obsolete. These systems include septic fields, lagoons, oxidation ditches, ponds, rotating biological contactor (RBC) mechanisms, and sequencing batch reactor (SBR) processes.
In this white paper, you will learn:
- Evolving realities that challenge traditional on-site wastewater treatment
- Problems with outdated treatment processes
- How off-site treatment must evolve to meet the future
- A compelling alternative: MABR
- What to look for in the ideal on-site wastewater treatment solution
- An invitation to our webinar, “Decentralized And Retrofit Wastewater Applications Powered By MABR”

Great to note the high-tech wwt plants.
We in a developing country such as India, look for simple, low-tech-skill devices.
These devices need to be fail safe, with redundancy factor included and with reserve capacity to take care of any increases/ alters in flows- both qnty and qlty.
Also power that is needed ought to be minimal.
Ideally for anaerobic improved version septic tanks with/ without filters and for aerobic phyto remediation is employed with sprays, fountains, sprinklers, jets Etc.
Finances also to be taken care off both for capital assets mobilization and for doing règular upkeep Etc.
Well wishes.
