AEA Investors LP to Acquire Siemens Water Technologies LLC

AEA Investors LPhas signed an agreement to acquire the municipal, industrial and services water and wastewater treatment operations and assets ofSiemens Water Technologies for EUR 640 million. The transaction is still subject to regulatory ap-proval.
