Aquaadvanced - Optimising the Performance of Drinking Water Networks

SUEZ has developed AquadvancedTM, a tool that allows local authorities to optimise their drinking water networks using sensors that monitor the hydraulic behaviour of the network (flow, pressure, quality) in real time.

This allows water leaks to be located and anticipated, as well as continuous monitoring of water quality.

The software centralises and analyses all the data and turns it into a powerful decision-making aid. Using this data, it ensures fast management of detected events (leaks, drops in water pressure), simulates the impact of service team interventions and monitors water quality. This gives the operator an overall view of network performance in real time.

For local authorities, AquadvancedTM guarantees an improvement in the performance of the water network, thereby extending its lifetime, while optimising costs. For consumers, AquadvancedTM ensures better service quality thanks to less frequent and shorter water cuts, an improvement in water quality and pressure as well as more efficient customer service.

AquadvancedTM has been developed from the know-how and expertise of SUEZ, which operates more than 240,000 kilometres of drinking water distribution systems around the world.

Within the suite there are specific modules to meet each of the water utility needs associated to each of their day-to-day operations;
