Thanks for the update. I served in the Peace Corps in the South Philippines, we made do with about one GPCD, in a location where it rained 80 inches per year. Sounds like much of East and South Asia have reached a tipping point. If these countries can get everyone to have only one child right now, they might become sustainable in 40 years from now. Yes, there will be ever more wars over water.

Hi Laurence, as you are aware, such countries in Asia do not necessarily lack in water resources due to heavy precipitation during monsoon season / SEA. Experts often warn us of poor water resource management - in catching, storing and utilizing water resource in excess.  The Water Network aims at promoting higher conversations about how such lack of technical understanding and deployment of such techniques  is mitigated and encouraged, respectively.
