Thank You Michael Hanemann for continuing to raise awareness of this dire situation we are in and seem to kick the can down the road because we are stuck in this mind set that water is a right and should come at little to no cost. Every thing has a cost and in this case it is rising to a crisis mode because of incorrect expectations. Everything comes at a cost and we ALL have to contribute for the good of ALL that benefit form the resource.
