My opinion is that safe water for all is possible if we change our behavior ..In Bangladesh we have huge sweet and fresh water base but our system and human behavior just ruin the base. Thank you Shahid,
your point is well taken - and common problem faced by communities across the world, that includes some of those affluent communities in California USA. Often, Gov / bureaucracy gets in the way of more bottom up/ community based governance of our Common Goods like water. Experts in California (Hydrologists) agree with you - water is there but policies and the system seem to greatly hinder the progress and sustainable practice at the ground operational level. It is why voting right matters so much, in some societies like the US and else where.
