In my business, I use magnesium oxide beads (MgO) to purify water. Tap water is placed in a 3 gal canister, 2 3oz bags of MgO are dropped into the bottom of the canister. The MgO sends a positive charge into the water that changes its structure by actually thinning the water membrane, raising pH to 8.7, raising alkalinity, and hyper-oxygenating the water. The MgO also shatters the molecular bond that holds any totally dissolved solids (TDS), pollutants, contaminants, radiation, pesticides, mold, Ecoli, bacteria and more and gasses them out over the water. I have been looking to develop a whole-house unit using an MgO in-line water purification tank. The container might have the same characteristics as my small bags do on 3 gals.
