We need to give more priority to demand management rather than supply development simply because of cost factors as well as huge environmental and social cost .Most of the cases I do believe politician as well as engineers want to build a mega projects by considering their benefits .Therefore ,we need to encourage demand management policy through out the world in order to meet the future challenges on water supply and saniation sector .
