I am really disappointed in this discussion. These "professionals" had a lot of data to discuss and tons of government regulations  to add, change or delete. Not one word on how to resolve this "Environmental disaster. Reports from other states. Opinions from related fields. But zero on eliminating the current  problem and setting up the proper protocol for future blooms. In case the experts were not aware bioremediation using RNA microbes has a 100% success rate. 40 years and still going strong. If by some chance all are not aware, I am sure asking will not offend nature or the fish.
