Drinking water for health emergencies

I am a high school sciences teacher for twenty years. I work for 10 years on desalination (see ResearchGate).

I need the help of my network because I have the device that will provide drinking water during humanitarian crises in disadvantaged areas. Its realization will take me all summer and will ask me for financial means.
