I believe this is acting on the effects instead of going at the root causes of unsustainable water exploitation in the region. Finding new aquifers means to being at peace of mind for another couple of decades and then panicking again? Finding synergies between industries water usage and applying the three Rs (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) of sustainability in our daily activities is the only path forward.
