If I understand this correctly. chlorinated waste water will be used for agriculture. Most international guidelines for chlorine use will tell you how much it will take to kill you. But few have an amount that is safe. This is actually correct. There is no SAFE amount! Every scientist and school child knows this.  For some reason destroying the crops genetic code followed up with toxic fertilizers and pesticides all made with chlorine has not completely destroyed soil and plant fertility. To finish off the people/crops and soil just add chlorine to the waste water and use it.  In case you have forgotten your history. This exact same process was done in USA in the 1920's. Quite effective. The exact document used for this was given to Adolph Hitler so he could conceive of THE FINAL SOLUTION.  Now for round 3.  God help us.

God and Science does help in this as chlorination is not the only technology for disinfection. UV is at least as efficient if not more and does no harm as there are no harmful by-products created. UV disinfection is an economic, environmentally friendly and efficient solution... We can forget chlorination if treated water reuse is considered, also in case of irrigation purposes.
