Evoqua Acquires Noble Water Technologies

Evoqua Water Technologies announced it has agreed to purchase Noble Water Technologies.
Noble Water Technologies. is a Dallas, Tex.-based provider of water equipment and treatment systems for commercial buildings, industrial plants, medical laboratories and the pharmaceutical industry.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Evoqua, which develops water treatment technology for municipalities and industrial customers, touted the purchase as a good fit for both companies. The Warrendale-based company has more than 4,000 employees among more than 170 offices, plants and factories throughout Australia, Canada, China, Germany, Italy, Singapore, the United Kingdom and United States.
“Noble Water Technologies has been a leader in the high purity water market for approximately 15 years and their proven solutions, customer focus and market flexibility have been hallmarks of their company,” said Ron Keating, chief executive officer of Evoqua.
