Most of this information was well known back in the 1920,s. They had plans to clean the water before and after use using chlorine. But due to "budget cutbacks" they decided to not construct the " oxidation/bubbler unit to eliminate all compounds and return the water back to nature in its elemental state. Since the use of chlorine will destroy all immune systems in all animals we now have a nation of people with cancer, diabetes, asthma, Parkinson, Alzheimer, and many more. Many are now using bioremediation technology in situ to clean their water and all other type of oil spills or toxic residue. The UN Environmental has a listing of the compounds already cleaned using these RNA microbes. I have a copy for anyone wanting it.
