Flow-Liner Offers Safe Solution for Potable Water Pipes

Flow-Liner Systems’ Neofit®+Plus potable pipe lining system forms a continuous barrier between existing pipes and drinking water, making it an ideal choice for lead replacement problems.

Neofit liners are used to maintain existing copper, plastic, steel and lead pipes by sealing leaks and creating a safe barrier in service piping for underground water services with 0.5 inch to 2 inch (12.7 mm to 50.8 mm) diameters.

It can be run for lengths of more than 90 m (300 feet) and is made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) that is NSF-61 approved for use with potable drinking water, with a tested minimum 50-year service life.

A key advantage of utilising this liner, rather than pulling through new polyethylene pipes or epoxy coating the service pipe, is that Neofit only requires one excavation pit where the installer can push or pull the liner through, reducing destructive activities by eliminating the need for excavation or demolition.
