So, after 5 years of work we now have a report that concludes that fracking CAN contaminate drinking water water supplies. I think we knew that at the beginning. That's why they produced a report. The point is that after all of that time and work, they could not find many examples. Their original conclusion " hydraulic fracturing activities have not led to widespread, systemic impacts to drinking water resources." was closer to reality. Once again, it is government doing shoddy work, that perhaps had some outside political influences.
