I am retired superintending engineer from Irrigation Department Rajasthan. I can suggest to increase water use efficiency of Dams and canals , which is at present about 50 percent. I have already done it on minor No. 2 of LMC of Gudha Irrigation Project, District Bundi, Rajasthan under USAID Action Research Programme.
