Greener choices: Keith Rizzardi at TEDxJupiter

Environmental law represents society's imperfect effort to prevent the tragedy of the commons. The notion that law can solve all our environmental problems is fantasy. Reality involves a changing planet, budgetary limitations, lawyers, lobbyists, government priorities and personal responsibility. In this TEDx talk, environmental law and ethics professor Keith Rizzardi concludes that, in our era of information abundance, individuals have both the opportunity and the moral duty to educate themselves and to make greener choices. Chairman of the Marine Fisheries Advisory Committee, Keith is a board certified lawyer, with experience in administrative law, enviromental law, and legal ethics.
