Yes, it is good to watch all these initiatives quite beneficial for the recipient countries; but the instances of Hambantota in Sri Lanka of course pose questions as to the good intention of the Belt and Road Initiative. It is expected that in the days to come China will be more careful and also the recipient countries become selective in adopting projects. Prior investigations and studies in depth should be the prerequisite; but it seems China is not so serious like the Europeans.
