Since the filter will be gradually used up, will its efficiency not decline with time? Also, since arsenic and iron will be arrested and accumulated over long period in the filter, its disposal has to be carefully done. Is it right to say that 'the medium can be safely dumped without any risk of leaking and further contamination?
