Brilliant.  I remember this type of treatment system being just an "idea" way back in 1994 when a friend of mine wrote his senior research paper at Miami University on treating waste water with the Water Hyacinth.  Now it's here.  The opportunities for this type of system are every where.  A large city like Cincinnati, where I live, can expand their waste treatment capacity by adding these systems instead of retrofitting their existing plants.  They can be installed in brown field locations, or properties with empty commercial real-estate.  Cincinnati is currently going through the grotesquely expensive process of separating their storm and sewer lines and should LOVE an idea like this.
