Increased rates of Legionnaires' disease in Europe • Water News Europe
In Europe more and more people get ill or die because of Legionella bacteria. In 2021 10 700 cases and 704 fatalities were reported. The risk to catch Legionellosis was the highest in Italy, France, Spain, and Germany.
