I consider the views of Prof. Asit K. Biswas as practical and reasonable. The experts are mad for the terms like IWRM, etc. instead of the output and real problems. In India Govt. departments and the ministers do not consider the views of individuals to be given attention, what to talk of reply. I think they have no answers on the issues raised in the e-mails. Even the suggestions of the committee members, of the advisory committees, formed by the Govt. of India, are not considered wise enough to be given attention.
