"One thing I found here at the Singapore Water Week is, there's a lot of talk about water being the next oil. A few months ago Ireland ran out of water, and they said Desalination could be the solution. They don't have the money for it and there was no answer to the problem, this is reality"
"So the utilities, the public, the water industry, realizes that we are getting closer to the point that a lot of people talked about, and really need to do something to find solutions for fixing this real problem we have for water. We are getting closer to the reality check"
