A memorandum of understanding (MoU) will be signed with the government when they come back", Chief Secretary Rajiv Sharma told The Hindu after their meeting.
He said the corporation, a world renowned government entity with more than 40 years of experience in management of water resources, would both fund and implement the project with its technical experience up to the village level.
