Kurita Water Industries Ltdannounced that it has received the 2014 Japan Industrial Water Treatment Company of the Year award at the Japan Excellence Awards of the Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific Awards hosted by Frost & Sullivan Limited

The 2014 Japan Industrial Water Treatment Company of the Year award, which Kurita received, was introduced to the environmental and construction technology division of the Japan Excellence Awards this year, its 4th consecutive year. Kurita was highly evaluated for the fact that it has improved its competitiveness with its unique business methods including the ultrapure water supply business. Kurita was also highly evaluated for the fact that it has businesses for handling water treatment chemicals, water treatment facilities, and their maintenance, with which it provides highly valuable solutions to its customers, in addition to its earning power and market share in the field of industrial water treatment.
