In this report I could read few points - - Rising water level in ponds. Rate of rising water level. Rate of inflow. It has a relation with bowl shape and area capacity curve. We need to establish that to know inflection point. - Getting few ponds connected. Topographic divides are not enough high. Will those be converted in to drainage. - Lake boundaries are unconsolidated material and can breach in case of over-flow. Are those lakes showing leaks at any point of periphery? Are there springs around and stratigraphy study done? - Palaeo-morphology study is required to know the breach section. Mountain ridges are associated with drain. Topographic surveys are needed to be studied in surroundings. Scope of study is defined after primary survey. The objective is to find limit when it would touch danger point. - Only alarms are never good. Report must include some solutions. Climate change is long term issue.
